Circuit Training intervals 2:30:00 [4] 7.5 km (20:00 / km)

-Preact + roll
-30min elip + Pool (Full WU + Power skip and bounding + 3x5x20s sprint forward w/ walk back rest + 6min DWR)
-Core
-Roll, stretch and ice

Good workout, disappointed that I still can't run but crushed this pool workout - think the effort was similar to a Saturday hill sprint workout.
