Up sheephil rd then thru lady canning's (departing with Dad and Lil at top), along hounkirk a while then straight back down and down ringinlow rd, doing a little loop off to L just before goat's field, then back via thryft cottage, down broad elms and up alms hill
Sooo enjoyed doing a long'un again! :')

Done up thru Dore via limb ln, turning round after halfway and coming back same way
Was happy with my pace as my hard miles (of which there was roughly 2) were sub-7 mins

Was nice to do a diff route on my 20 minuter for a change!

So good to be back!! Felt surprisingly ok given i flew back from Poland this morning, had a collective total of 5 hrs sleep of the past 2 nights, and wore compression socks lol
