first two reps mainly on trails; last 3 reps on the tarmac but in the dark.

pretty happy with that, tried to run smooth and with decent form, and practised thinking positively and applying motivational thoughts/mantras during the recoveries. slightly less new age than it sounds.

not long to go now.
