got back from ireland to sweltering conditions in london, way hotter than anything i've run in for the last few weeks. was probably touching 30deg in london today.

had a couple of hours to kill, so headed over to a friends place in shoreditch and ran down the canal and did a lap of victoria park.

dropped in 5x4 min with a 2 min rec. really sweltering - had to run top off after the first rep. sweaty minging mess by the end. good fun.

smelt at least 4 separate spliffs when running through victoria park!
