Note

So I took a week to rest. I wasn't feeling too good mentally or physically, and I didn't want to force myself to train even when I felt completely opposed to doing so. Maybe I'm just making excuses for why I was being lazy, but I enjoyed taking a break and I think it really could help me to continue training. But I'm getting back into it now, so I'll see how that goes.
7 AM

Commute Biking (to school) 18:18 [2] 4.5 km (4:04 / km) +85m 3:43 / km
ahr:102 max:126

I had to wait at intersections for like a minute or two, I had bad luck this morning.
9 AM

Strength Training (RDL/Hang cleans) 30:00 [3]

I REALLY tried not to overdo it today
5 sets of:
10x 50lb RDLs
10x (per leg) one legged squats

5 sets of 10x 45lb low rows
7 sets of 3x 75lb hang cleans (I didn't want to do more bc of my shoulders and wrists)
30 sec, 20 sec, and 10 sec with ropes
4:15 on airbike
pushup pyramid up to 5 pushups (2 second rests)
2 PM

Commute Biking 17:01 [2] 5.07 km (3:21 / km) +65m 3:09 / km
ahr:129 max:145

6 PM

Rock climbing (ET Team) 30:00 [2]

I didn't do much climbing today because I was helping another guy from my team to get his lead climbing/belaying certification. He passed the check, so now I can even lead climb during team, too! Yay!
About 5 mins of traversing
5.9 - repeated, completed
5.6 - this was so that the guy could take the check, I had to take a fall on the 5th clip so he could practice catching. It was really fun and interesting for a 6, though
