Mt Macedon loop, the first climb was brutal but absolutely loving the rest, what a banger of a loop. Lots of people at the main tourist spots but otherwise no busier than usual on the trails.

Quite an eventful run, almost died three times. Got attacked by a rottweiler, came very close to ending up in the river at the landslide bit of the closed path which was really wet today and a bird fell out of a 20m high tree and missed my head by a meter (still not sure how it managed to survive because it hit the concrete with a very big bang).

'Earl fartlek' (although not sure if I should be endorsing Nick naming this after himself) 27min of 2'(1'), 13min of 1'(1') Started doing half/marathon pace but then feeling good so got a bit quicker for the efforts in the 1s. Highlight of the session was Brodie getting slapped in the face by an angry woman
