Didn't feel up to the training session but got into it pretty quickly - we had a good warm up -> 2k easy jogging and then 2k of sprinting on the flats and going easy on the curves. We also had a few run drills. The training for this week was 5 times 3x400m (6k altogether) with building intensity. For my first set, I was a bit too eager and went hard, ending up doing 1.55 (min), 1.42, 1.30 per 400m, but my average was basically 2, 1.55, 1.45. We warmed down with 6x100m and then 800m easy jog.
