CLYDE Terrain Run. Mugdock with Dave R, Mirjam A, Ty S, Ian M and Alice W on a damp evening in 53:07. After ten minutes Iain head-butted a tree, producing a lot of blood and necessitating a brief lie-down. Dave took him home while the other four of us made a large clockwise loop of the Vistors' Center at a rather brisk pace. Tough workout.
