Running - Road/Track (Slightly longer) 42:50 [4] 8.91 km (4:48 / km) +50m 4:41 / km
ahr:140 max:158 shoes: Nike Pegasus 32

A 5min/k jog is now a threshold HR run with 36(!) hours recovery, according to Garmin...
My fitness is destroyed.

The good news is after 9k, no issues, so will stop ticking injury. Physio seemed optimistic and said to keep doing the single leg squats on non running days, keep stretching hip flexors all the time, dont run on consecutive days for a bit and build it up gradually.

I intend to take exactly half of that advice.

Orienteering - Urban race (Gloucester urban) 28:55 [5] 6.0 km (4:49 / km)
(injured) shoes: Nike Pegasus 32

So unused to running; forgot to start watch :(

Decided to run the green as was a little bit worried after 6k Thursday so didn't fancy 10. Fingers crossed though; this seemed fine hipwise. Feels a bit achey but I've been stretching it out so much recently,I don't think that's too much of a surprise. Will talk to the physio about it on Tuesday.

As Thursday, cardio fitness is non existent.

Navigation wise, quite a big mistake on 12 due to confusing two trees - only did this because I thought I remembered the tree from last year! Damn. 60s.
Then went to the wrong level on 14 despite being 99% sure it was going to be the wrong level, but couldn't quite work out in time how to get to the right level in time, so went to check.retrospectively, this was a ridiculous decision! I will blame oxygen debt. Another 60s.

Small mistake near the end trying to get to the right steps without crossing anything uncrossable, 30s.

About 5 mins up when I left; unsurprising since everyone good (and today that seems to have been just Richard) was on the blue - I wouldn't have beaten him today.
