Chill one with Krystal. Tired. Need to sleep more but don’t have enough time.
Would’ve swum but was in such a rush this morning that I forgot my cap and goggles when I was packing my bags. But nice to chat with Krystal and the time flew by.

A harder parkrun bc I am getting sick of just running easy all the time.
Very hot and humid and very tired this morning. And still doms from the gym on Thursday.
Had no expectations and didn't look at my watch but pacing was not good - knowingly started too fast and then legs were too tired and form got sloppy. It felt hard.
Good to get an idea of what I'm building on.
Glute okay but need to be careful and not push it. Going to add some more short easy runs and do the hard stuff in the pool for this week.

10 x 100m, 10 x 50m with 30s rest and 60s between the 2.
Though the rest for the 100s ended up being more like 35-40s. Tired.
Couldn't push/get hr up, breathing was strained, and couldn't get into a strong rhythm. Started too fast too then struggled for the rest of the 100s.
Splits: 100s avg 1:48; 50s avg 51.

Gym. Mostly the exercises Krystal showed me on Monday, then a little bit of core and physio. Went a lot better because I wasn't so hungry.
Glutes tired trying to do the physio at the end. Going to be sore tomorrow.

Easy to the reservoir then 2nd lap a bit harder. Felt harder than it should have but not really surprised. Hopefully can start building up again slowly.
Form felt a bit funny so tried to focus on running 'strong'.

Ez. Couldn't count laps at all today, too many distractions so distance is a rough guesstimate.
Had 25m to myself for the first 5 mins then got kicked out. Very crowded at the pool tonight.

Gym with Krystal! She showed me how to do some exercises. I am v weak.
I was also suuuuuper hungry. Definitely didn't eat enough today but also I tried to get something from the bakery after work but they had nothing left.
I think I would've done better if I was less hungry and had more energy.
