2nd strength test this morning. Really tough. Did a bit better than last time though. (198)

25min of core afterwards.

Pull ups: 20 (x3)
Sit ups: 50
Push ups: 37
Box Jumps: 66
Dips: 40
Total:253

EDIT: So it turns out I improved my score by 55, the best by far on the team. My score is now comparable with some good skiers on the team. Still think I can do better on push ups and dips.

I attribute my success to my ALLMAXXX protein powder. ;)
