Run Maungakawa 10k with Rolf. Pretty slow in the heat. Calf muscles still sore from Friday stair sprints.

Step session with Lani. 10 min warmup then 7 sets of stair sprints next to Little Oneroa beach.

Pushed hard, couldn't let a 14yr old girl beat me ! Still got sore calf muscles 3 days later !
