Found a new course to Curtin via Burstwood and East Vic park, very cool

Time intervals urban intervals 50:00 [4] ** 19.0 km (22.8 kph) +95m

At last, did the intervals training this evening:
6 km warming
10* 15 seconds of cycling at 100 cadence level with 45s recovery.

Then, 4* 200 meter sprint with 800 meters recovery between each interval.

Came home completely wet....(; but not from the rain.
