With the NSW MTBO champs around the corner, it was time to kick some asses! 3 super sets of 120%-130% FTP 1min each intervals and 8 intervals in each set with 1min between intervals and 4-5 min between sets. I felt stron today ! Yay https://www.strava.com/activities/2192097291
