Very easy home from work. Legs tired and chest feeling a bit rotten. Day off tomorrow. Probably should have taken things a bit easier after starting running again. Hopefully after a day off things should be back to normal for next week.

Had wanted to do something a bit longer but not ready for that yet. Chest a bit wheezy when climbing. Up Howden Glen and back down then running by the golf course for a bit. Muscles that haven't been used properly for a while feeling a bit sore.

Finally back in action. Still got a bit of a chesty cough but mostly feeling ok. Effort was a bit steadier than I meant to do but nice to do a bit of harder running. Moving pretty well. Probably due to the my legs being the freshest they've been in a long time. Garmin had a bit of a fit so got the distance and height gain from another run on the same route
