Training camp in Turkey-Antalya/Side with Ankurri (and a lot of other orienteers)

Knee seemed to be okay/good while warming up and more importantly was also good while running in the forest. Just felt that there was something but hopefully it will go away as it came..

Legs felt really good, and even running hard shoes on hard surfaces didn’t create any issues, so looking forward to training hard the coming days!
Ran the sprint fast but was nothing super exciting, still good to see where the current sprint shape and routine is. Cut stairways in the middle to control 13.&15. but wouldn’t have done so in a competition.
