Running 41:32 [3] 7.42 km (5:36 / km) +19m 5:32 / km

Round the walls to the bridge and then across to Île de la Barthelasse and along the river path. Felt super tired, probably the early morning.

Running 34:45 [3] 6.29 km (5:31 / km) +26m 5:25 / km

In Avignon- from the house to the city walls, then loop all the way round + a bit extra. Mixture of gravelly tracks and tarmac paths, quite varied. Energy levels feeling really low so very slow, probably partly due to being before breakfast and not having much for dinner.

Running 59:36 [3] 8.38 km (7:07 / km) +306m 6:01 / km

Morning run with John and Iain up Clougha to say bye to the hills before heading back to the flatlands. Haven’t run before breakfast for several months, feeling fine energy levels wise but did have the 10 minute drive over to wake up on.

Wednesday Sep 5, 2018 #

Running 47:00 [3] 8.11 km (5:48 / km) +62m 5:35 / km

With mum, Burrow Hill and Stodday. Very easy- will start doing a bit less of this when I’m back in Cambridge.

Running 2:16:43 [3] 17.12 km (7:59 / km) +623m 6:45 / km

Up Ingleborough from Clapham towards Horton and back down past Gaping Gill.
Felt very tired on the way up, then the way down was fine, not running particularly fast anyway as with mum and dad. Nice route though.

Running wu/cd 19:48 [3] 3.62 km (5:28 / km) +18m 5:20 / km

Running 33:56 [3] 5.62 km (6:02 / km)

Intervals at Crook O’Lune
4:00, 3:40, 3:20, 3:00, 2:40, 2:20, 2:00 [half rep rest]
Legs feeling tired so not my best effort, but good to get them turning over a bit faster anyway.
