Orienteering 25:00 [3]

NOL 1 Sprint Ballarat Uni 14'58

Too slow in running and map reading. Good fun though. Junior boys are fast!

Orienteering 45:00 [3]

NOL 2 Surface Hill 31'53

Felt fast and strong but I was sloppy around lots of control circles. Bit annoyed that I didn't match it with the top boys and be 2 mins quicker but happy with run. Good fun again!

Cycling 1:05:00 [3]

Fumbled by way to Port Melbs then beach road followed by 1.5 hot laps of Albert park. Laid down some rubber for Mark and saw a red bull in the back of a black incognito truck.

MU Aths track 4x400m 4x200m 1.5min recov. Nice to have a stop watch so I can say I did 79,74,73,75 - 34,36,35,35secs

Swimming 25:00 [3] 1.0 km (25:00 / km)

5x 200m Feeling more comfortable swimming. Mentally, 1k is my limit at the moment due to 1. too much lap counting and 2. it's not very exciting to look at the bottom of a pool.

Running 35:00 [3]

Super hot paced mfr Monday night run from Reubs. I can tick off my tempo run for the week. Legs not so fresh following yesterday.

Brewed batch 19 post run. Mocha ale.

Cycling 4:35:00 [3] 115.0 km (2:23 / km)

Kinglake with Dion. Wet slippy roads to start but avoided the rain, didnt manage to avoid some tenderising saddle rash.
Pretty cactus now (late arvo) but legs held up on the ride better then expected.
