Another slow run - out at boonah again now.

Calf is improving significantly with some proper time off - hopefully I'll be back into it properly next week.

Very flat boring slow run... but my calf didn't hurt too much. Maybe proper training soon!

Physio Thor had a look at my sick calf. Most of the muscle isn't sore any more, but its still very painful where it inserts at the back of my knee. Lots of ice and massage required, and I shouldn't cycle for a while, and take it really easy with running, and definitely no hills.

Hopefully a couple of days off and it will be better. It really sucks that I can't cycle - I really don't want to end up having to swim as cross training.

Quick mtb ride at Gap Creek with Thor before it got dark. Haven't been there for a while and there are heaps of new tracks - very cool and very fun!!

Easy run around the uni with a detour across the river over the green bridge (first trip - it only opened on sunday). Calf was still a bit sore.
