Bit unsure what to do - not done anything hard since tour de ridges but a bit weary from 30k on Sunday. So decided to do inbetween session of Mona Fartlek. Was reasonably warm and hard work but punched it out. Ran in lane 6 at wilanda park aths track and managed 5.2k. A reasonable return.
