Took a lunchtime break to do an old hill circuit.. Apollo Hill. Its only 28 metres climb, but its a reasonable gradient all the way. 15 repetitions was enough. No warm up or warm down. The March Flies are just too unpleasant for dallying. And I was smothered with repellent.
