The mass volatility seems to have disappeared, but the trend continues in the desired direction.

Running hills 25:55 [4] 3.72 km (6:58 / km) +405m 4:31 / km
shoes: Saucony Xodus 9.5

Took a lunchtime break to do an old hill circuit.. Apollo Hill. Its only 28 metres climb, but its a reasonable gradient all the way. 15 repetitions was enough. No warm up or warm down. The March Flies are just too unpleasant for dallying. And I was smothered with repellent.

Advice for the weekend.

BRING INSECT REPELLENT.
