Skated out in ungroomed territory across the lake. The snow conditions were perfect for off-trail skating. A glorious day with sunshine but not too hot. Had to cross a couple of snow bridges across the creek. The snow is still about 6 feet deep along the creek banks, and looks spectacular with big snow chunks calving off.
