Feeling much better, ran pretty well today. Legs and just generally feel a lot better. Run was canal path, then forestry trails and then road. Starting to have more energy in my legs and just less tired.

Just didn't feel good today, legs very tired and a bit of an upset stomach, decided to rest.

Easy running, right ankle sore for first couple of k's, then fine after. Still feel very tired and legs still a bit sore. Ran roughly the same route as yesterday.

Easy run, would have been nearer 50mins if I hadn't been running so slowly. It was ok, left foot pretty much fine, odd bit of soreness, but right quad and itb feel tight. Run was mixture of canal path, road and forestry trails.

Rest day, left foot better but still sore, can now walk normally on it, so hopefully back to running tomorrow. Legs still sore and tired, as am I.

London marathon, pb by 2minutes, wanted faster but struggled with fitness, not nailing sessions in these past few months and how big the race was. Disappointed in myself, learnt a lot with training and racing.
