Road Running 30:18 [3] 6.92 km (4:23 / km) +30m 4:17 / km

To the sea front and back a similar way. Legs great on the warm up, all toenail pain and calf stiffness forgotten. The warm down was worse, calf felt tight again. The faster I run the better it feels. Need some off road to give the legs a rest

Road Running intervals 46:57 [5] 15.0 km (3:08 / km) +30m 3:06 / km

5 x 3km, 5min jog. By the sea on a warm calm day. Used the cycle lane to avoid the crowds but it was still full of hazards. Felt very comfortable and smooth all the way, enjoyed it. It felt fairly fast but it was never exhausting or a struggle to speed up. Toenail managed not to get irritated by the fast running

Recovery jogs. Calf feeling tight while jogging but as soon as I ran properly everything felt good
