Running, mostly off road 10:14 [2] 2.17 km (4:43 / km)

Easy run to the gym. Bit more snow again and more of the same wind and drifting. If I was training for mountains I’d just run slowly through it but for marathon it’s not ideal.

Road Running 1:31:43 [3] 25.01 km (3:40 / km)

Treadmill run. Started at 3’45” pace then did most of it just under 3’40” with the gradient at 1%. My watch seemed to take random 1km splits (getting slower throughout) but I don’t know how it got those numbers. Better run than I’d have done outside and hopefully no harm done.

Running, mostly off road 26:20 [2] 5.03 km (5:14 / km) +60m 4:56 / km

Snowy jog to the shops and back. Bit of foot stiffness returning over the last days, probably from snow running.
