Warm up before 10 mile race. Also stretching

Trail Race 1:01:33 [5] 10.25 mi (6:00 / mi) +251m 5:35 / mi

Race over trail, road and forest track. 2 miles undulating, 4.5 gradual uphill, 1 mile undulating then nearly 3 miles gradual downhill. Was tiring on the gradual uphill (Heart Rate felt high), but once I started the flatter and downhill finish I felt great. Happy with the effort

Easy run along coast, then some hill sprints. Like yesterday, felt lethargic during easy run but when I have to put some effort in I feel better!

Easy run on trail with strides included. Felt a bit tired until I started strides, then felt very good!

Warm up, then Fartlek Session with 2 mins on, 90 secs off, then warm down. Good undulating trail off road route. Worked hard and felt good.
