Running 21:03 [4] 5.02 km (4:12 / km) +27m 4:05 / km

Was waitressing till 1 last night so didn’t fancy the early start for Parkrun so did my own one round the portobello course with Laura. Laura paced me for the first lap then I ran the last two solo. I was running a lot faster than planned but felt surprisingly good. Had to stop to re-tie my shoe lace half way round so technically had a wee break. I really want to run an actual park run and try break 21 minutes now as my next aim

Just started running with no plan of what I was doing. Felt like summer it was so hot. Ran down to portobello, then back up through figgate Park and round the seat. Glorious weather
