Bravely ventured across the road into KP for the first time in a while on my way to the gym. Achilles seemed to cope ok, early on the only sure bit was below the outside of the ankle, then moved closer to the Achilles but still felt more like the back of the ankle than the Achilles itself.

Finished my run at the gym and did some heel drops and single leg dead-lifts with an 8kg dumbbell and some 1/4 squats, warm up set of 15 or 20 at 60kg and 3 sets of 10 at 80kg.
