Ran on treadmill @1%. 10 x 1K @ 15.5kph with 1k recovery @ 13.7kph (3.53 for 1k active, 4.22 for 1K recovery)
Found the session pretty comfortable until about 6th rep then started to bite, Last couple of reps had to work, but completed the session ok.
Left side was slightly heavy, but felt good
