Ran on treadmill @1%. 10 x 1K @ 15.5kph with 1k recovery @ 13.7kph (3.53 for 1k active, 4.22 for 1K recovery)

Found the session pretty comfortable until about 6th rep then started to bite, Last couple of reps had to work, but completed the session ok.

Left side was slightly heavy, but felt good

Ran after work, felt a bit tired, but ran well. Kept pace about 6.55 pace. No problems

10x1min 10K pace 1min recovery. Ran intervals on grass around a cricket pitch. session went well- pace 5.31 to 5.53.

Windy warm evening, ran easy, but picked it up for a few miles, felt fresh and relaxed, no problems

ran with heather at really easy pace. Shin felt fine today- guess down hill @ 10K put extra load on the legs.
