Everything has been too much the last few months. Today I was due to take the train to Manchester to give a talk tomorrow but the train strike which wasn't cancelled all the trains. So I drove instead, and decided to do something fun along the way. Stopped at Cannock Chase and ran their 10k running route, which was not the most exciting Cannock Chase scenery I could have found, but was a good plan given it was right before dark and no one really knew I was there, given my Mum had not understood the text I sent telling her what I was doing :)

Physically felt great to be out and not too slow. Really glad to have taken the time. Has Cannock got more overgrown or am I just not fit enough that I think it looks rougher? Or both?! :)
