Running warm up/down 22:30 [3] 5.0 km (4:30 / km)
shoes: Puma Complete Trailfox II

Ran the 5k track as warm up. I really needed the long warm up as I was really tired. Tried to run soft ground.

Orienteering tempo 50:26 [4] 8.3 km (6:05 / km)
shoes: Puma Complete Trailfox II

Sunes bana
Rank 1/
Was quite tired but I eventually got some speed. Managed to loose 2 min on the 2nd control. The area is quite tricky and the map is not quite correct. after that no real mistakes.

Running 50:00 intensity: (20:00 @3) + (30:00 @4) 10.0 km (5:00 / km)
shoes: Asics DS Trainer 13

Took on the responsibility of starting the interval session and cheering on the BIG group of 3 trying to run 2.5k intervals on a completely friction free 2.5k track.

The calves where fine for about 40' after that I started to get some minor pain in the calves.

Running trail/forest 45:00 [3] 9.0 km (5:00 / km)
shoes: Asics DS Trainer 13

Run in Vallaskogen
Took the role as trainer and motivator for HE when tried to push his best around the forest loop.

The calves give me only small worries in the beginning but felt a lot better after 15-20 min and then during the last 5-10 min on the way home they sort of gave up on me and started acheing :(

Strength 45:00 [4]
shoes: Kilkenny XC

Core strength exercises in Bäcksskolan. 4 laps of 10 exercises.

Calves feel like shit and I might be struck by the terrible "gubbvad". I have to do some more research into the matter but early studies on several internet sites indicate the worst.
