Skinkloppet. Guess your time and win a christmas ham. three minuts from so no ham for me.

Ran around rocklunda after.

Running bana 2:04 [5] 0.8 km (2:35 / km)

Training with Ärla IF in Västerås, ran 800 meters for the first time. It was very tough. Next time I will run under 2 min!

Running bana intervals 20:00 [5]

After the 800meter race it was 300meters intervals 10 with 1 min rest between. It felt good, had a good steps on all the intevals. On the three first intervals the time was between 45-46 sek on the rest i was between 47-48 sek.

9-6-3-3-2-2-1-1-1-0,5-0,5-0,5-0,5 intervals, ran very fast on the first one then I was quite tired, but had good speed.
