Training with Ärla IF in Västerås, ran 800 meters for the first time. It was very tough. Next time I will run under 2 min!

After the 800meter race it was 300meters intervals 10 with 1 min rest between. It felt good, had a good steps on all the intevals. On the three first intervals the time was between 45-46 sek on the rest i was between 47-48 sek.
