This workout went fairly well for me. However, when doing the 20mins of barefoot running around the track I was experiencing some discomfort on the outside of my lower leg this was closer to the end of the 20mins. The biking and elliptical went fairly well as well. The elliptical that I was on was a bit annoying though because I kept hitting my legs against the machine when doing a stride on it.
