I am definitely not a 'swimmer' and i hadn't been swimming in a while so did 4 lengths front, 4 lengths breast stroke, 4 front, 2 breast, 4 front, 2 breast, 2 front and that was all i had time for, enjoyed it. Want to work to easily do 1km in a morning.

Well I acc went a lot longer than 2.2 cos I got v v lost. I think I know why so hopefully me and dad are gonna go out together. I repeated all the legs I messed up so I was out for a while on two short loops oops

the bouldering wall was too busy so we went straight down stairs and carried on practicing leads and lead falls, fun fun fun

Very very gentle running until i realised i was gonna be late.

This week it was CHIP N CHAT. Graham took us on a rather extended route.

Gentle run to keep the legs moving. Hamstring bit tight from the weekend so didn't want to push it. Generally quite nice to run with ellie though :))
