Course PB (but only just, by 3 seconds, and had to sprint last 400m to get that - which probably didn't do right knee or left cartilage much good, both ache slightly after finishing).

Surprisingly fast - third fastest time on this course, and that despite going gently, in case there really has been knee damage. Felt "lighter", on my feet, less impact, less wooden. Needs thinking about what just happened.

A test run, after a weeks break. Prior to run, both calves felt to have deadleg type pulls. During run, both cleared up. Immediately after run, right calf deadleg began to return.

No issues. Cycling eases the left knee pain for a few hours, but not more.
