ran a little easier than the earlier moderate this week, probably just conscious of sundays half, but nonetheless felt great again; legs felt really good and energy levels really high. probably a bit of new shoe bounce too! (though nothing vaporfly- like!!)

that felt a pretty tough session! the 3:30 pace felt pretty hardgoing, but hung on pretty well during the roll-on and still felt good by the last rep, so despite it feeling tough, think i got through it pretty well...
