Drove out to Ladybower and did 4*8minutes up Grindle Clough. Mint session and felt pretty good even after Edale. Descending felt ok, but eyes were tired. Last descent back to car was as good as always.

Gravel ride. Weather was sooo good. Felt ok, obviously a bit tired after race though. Route up to top of Wyming then around Riv and up the top for a nice view over Bradfield.
