From easy to forced, walking pace jogging in the end

Tried to run hard, but couldnt really do without a proper warm up after 1,5week of tough training and racing:/
With the painkiller i took before the race the pain was ’acceptabe’
Itt just annoyed me, and didnt let run smoothly but Still could concentrate on map.. which was Still not enough cause i made some stupid mistakes, some huge ones aswell:/
This last race was rather about surviving and finishing my time in portugal instead of joy, focus and compiting..
However i Still managed to run, despite of All odds and feelings after yesterday’s happenings, what Im really pleased about..

cool down after Middle+ adrenaline passed, could feel more my leg, but must run a bit afterwards..
