Tried the N course of Thierry in Guardamar, but i made a big mistake going to the 6 control and I made a freetouch , what means go bad to the next control and to the next one too, finishing in other place , when I relocalized myself it was too far away how to go back and correct the freetouch.Need to correct this stuff, made it by the high speed and don´t have the technical speed how to keep that.One of that ones where i learn

Started without being concentrate , which means fail at the first control , but later feeeling good technicaly with slow pace.

It suppous to be a test of WOC middel distance , but it was excesive green how to be able to run , I have started fast but throw I were fighting versus the green and lossing pace I lose the speed , i didn´t made mistakes but that wasn´t the way to make a good time.

It was cool and good until i arrived to a zone of the map where the green areas wasn´t as good as they should be, was a surprise found all that vegetation in a place that was painted white. Made a few mistaes and at the end decided to throw it out until get more frustated.

Middel WOC simulation
I was super tired how to push hard but i tried my best, messing it up in a few control made it by a bad direcction a the attack of it, one route choice and but good end, i have found a good speed and technique (flow) , i would like to can star every training like I finished this one.
