That went better than yesterday but I blew one control by 23 min so that kind of ruined the rest of it. And then I mis-punched right at the end. Fun course, though.

I had 14 chances to nail the control, but instead, I made 14 mistakes. Some longer than others. It was a complex map and my head is still very much in a jetlagged fog. That's my excuse anyway.

Decided to dust the cobwebs of this WOD. The only time I have ever puked in Crossfit. I took it a little easier today but still, it is unlikely I will have function of my arms for the next few days. Who needs arms? I'm a runner.

34:05....not bad considering my 400 m track is actually 430 m.
