3 loops, fairly clean and control circles pretty good, on a few controls didn’t properly commit to a plan which meant I was climbing over unnecissary crags etc but generally good. Feeling really good this morning a lot better than at the weekend, but ran into a tree midway round which wasn’t ideal. Just skin injury though Feeling pretty good through the terrain physically especially down hills which dobs defo helped in the area
