track session 2*800 (90s) + 4*400 (60s) + 4*200 (30s) Not really great tonight, first time fast stuff in a hot minute so a bit of a shock to the system. Felt like couldn't really push it w legs as shins sore. Been doing a lot more sessions on tarmac recently so will ditch thursday and do some hills/trails instead. Track quite icy tonight so that didn't help. Overall just felt in a bad mood as was getting dropped by people I'm normally same speed but just need to not let that get to me. Also had a bit of a sniffle in the past week so need to not be so hard on myself.
