Went to the track to try some 110 meter repeats, between rain storms. The forecast predicted rain all day, so I went out while it was storming and waited for a break, then squeezed in a workout. But now, a few hours later, the sun is shining and looks good for the rest of the day. Phooey on weather apps!
But the good news is that I felt great on the first three reps. Form fell apart on the 4th rep, so it was time to stop.
