Tonight's set:
1. walking lunges. 24X20lbs; 20X24lbs; 16X30lbs; 12X40lbs
2. Incline pushup: 12X (at a lower bar than usual)
3. Body weight squats, 20X fast
4. Lat pull down, 10X50 lbs
5. Sled push: half the gym length on upper handles, then back on the lower handles. This was the first time I used the lower handles and it was hard!
