Goblet Squats: 10 X 20lbs; 9X 25 lbs; 8X35 lbs; 8X35 lbs
Front lat pulldown: 12X unknown weight
Rear leg elevated split squat: 10Xbody weight; 10Xbody weight; 8X15lbs; 8X15lbs
Chest press: 10X unknown weight. This was hard, and on the 4th set we lessened the weight and dropped to 8 reps
