Paddle 45:00 intensity: (30:00 @2) + (15:00 @4) 6.5 km (8.7 kph)

Nice morning paddle on the Columbia. Little current so was able to paddle downstream to the Ilecillewaet. 7x 90sec intervals with 60 sec recovery

Run 1:13:00 [3] 13.0 km (5:37 / km) +425m 4:50 / km
shoes: Asics 2130 trail

Good trail run with Peter. Was pretty tired beforehand - my legs were suprisingly sore from the hike Thursday - but planning a run with someone else was good motivation to get out. Ran from home to Toaster, 5k, inspiration woods and partially out on Toaster. Getting hot near the end. Feeling pretty good on the hills.

Hike 2:30:00 [2] +815m

Summited a peak west of town with Courtney. Starting to warm up again and I think the fires must be flaring up again as it was a bit hazy.

As for details of where we were does anyone want to hazard a guess based on the photos? I figure about a half dozen APers would have been up there several years ago. There was a bit more snow then though... and it possibly could have been dark...

Stretching/yoga 25:00 [1]

I needed some colour variety in my AP log so mixed it up a bit:) Actually I don't know why I stopped doing this. DId the energy segment. Core felt it a bit but overall didn't lose too much from the break.

Swim 40:00 [3] 1.5 km (26:40 / km)

It has been a while since I swam too and I could feel it after 1km or so. Did some kick/pull and off-stroke, combined with about 800m of freestyle. Water was cold today.

Bike 2:00:00 intensity: (1:40:00 @3) + (20:00 @4) +650m

Mt MacPherson with Brendan. Another steady solid ride. Felt like I worked hard keeping up but not too hard other than the hill up to TNT. Rode TNT, Tantrum and the new trail.

Run 1:40:00 [3] 16.0 km (6:15 / km) +500m 5:24 / km

Eva and Miller Lakes in Mt Revelstoke National Park. Ran with Peter, Courtney and Atsuko. Peter and I ran our own pace most of the way with the occasional break to wait for the girls. Had to walk a few hills on the way there but ran all the hills on the way back. Nice run.
