Ride at the cottage. Rode from cottage to Tim River Algonquin, and tried to hit Magnettewan Lake, but it was a bit too far for the ride so I turned and headed back. Most roads were gravel and loose, and slow in spots, but overall was pretty amazing, esp. near Tim River. Lots of intense climbs where I went Z5. Didn't do hill repeats exactly as planned, but got enough long hill sprints in during the ride.

Rode from cottage to Burk's Falls, then Hwy 520 to the next town. Good ride, most of it on pavement. Took it easy on most hills and kept the tempo nice and steady.

Note

wakeboarded for a few minutes. Got up no probs, rode alright, no crashes, and even did a heel side jump on the wake. Good times.

Rode from Hamilton to Ally's place in St. David's. Went to Hwy 20 and Smithville before dropping to Mud Road. Serious rain and cross/head wind most of the ride. Good times.

ride to and from the TT site on white swan rd. Not able to race the TT or Crit tonight, and legs still feeling tired, I decided to go and do the TT this morning to see how things felt. Great morning, great temp., low wind.

Cycling race (7.5 km TT) 11:50 [5] 7.5 km (1:35 / km)

Rode the first half of the tt course. My legs were still toast, so I rode back easy. Tried riding at a lower cadence and higher gear for the first half of this TT.

modified chest, back, and shoulder workout including lower back.
Exercises included 5 sets chins, hansel's cable pull paddling drill, bar dips x 4, lat raises x 2, rotator lateral and vertical, iso-shoulder press, lower back raises, pec dec, rev flys

got buzzed by some turkey in a dodge stealth or something like that on the ride home AXMW 775 plate I think. Of course I gave him the bird, and he gave it back. Then I chased him, but because he was speeding, he was soon out of reach. Didn't stop me from looking, and I rudely accosted a similar red sports car stopped in the taco bell drive through and asked them if they had driven past me. They were confused, I apologized and went home without catching my speeder.
