5 minutes warm up, then 10 * 3/1, same as Monday. Except on a different route. Into the wind on the uphill out section made it tough going, enjoyed the last couple with the wind.

Just popped into the gym for a bit of a stretch and some light weights. Need to do this after a run more regularly.
