Orienteering race 1:06:18 [5] *** 4.0 km (16:35 / km) +125m 14:20 / km
ahr:131 max:163 spiked:9/12c

Joe Grant brown course. Nice course for a brown. Felt pretty good running, and generally had an OK run except for 6 and 7. Feature was rocky ground, and I was searching around in some rocky ground with very tall grass for about 4 to 5 minutes, and finally went a little further up the spur. Must have been a little flustered, and didn't plan an exit or route to next control, Ended up going south down a very steep hillside, not really knowing where I was and then slogging back up another 8 contours. Should have gone west and then south around the big reentrant instead of across the bottom of it. Probably lost at least 10 minutes on those 2 controls.

Not a good run. Went to Briones, but legs felt so tired, decided to just do a 6 km out and back rather than my usual 8 km loop. Took me almost as long to do that.
