5.45am: As raining decided to erg instead. Slow start as hadn't done for a while and built up cadence. (Resistance level 10). 210 calories burnt.

6.10am: A little drizzle so opted for a short run, train tracks blocked so backtracked up to Parkway and along river to Gerrard train bridge and back to Lloyd Hall. By this time left calf was feeling very tight, stopped and walked home, just getting there as heavens opened for a few minutes.

Strange to think I can erg 2miles faster than I seem to run! What does this say........?
